Isasca - Municipal Building

The intervention concerns the energy retrofit of an existing municipal building in Isasca (CN), originally used as a storage facility, with the aim of transforming it into a space that is both architecturally and energetically renewed, making it usable by the community. The project, attentive to the mountain context and traditional materials, includes the insulation of the building envelope, the upgrade of systems, and the installation of photovoltaic panels.

The main façade has been redesigned to open the building towards the square, improving accessibility and strengthening the visual relationship between interior and exterior. With a limited budget, the intervention combines energy efficiency with architectural quality, creating a flexible and contemporary space for collective use.
