Bagnasco Maraffino Architetti is a collaboration between Francesco Bagnasco and Davide Maraffino, founded in Turin in 2021 out of a shared desire to reimagine the role of the architect through a contemporary approach to design.
Francesco Bagnasco
I graduated in 2020 from the Politecnico di Torino under the supervision of Prof. Antonio De Rossi, with a thesis focused on Alpine Architecture and the role of Inner Areas within the Italian context, also considering the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
I remain closely connected to the themes of Alpine Architecture and high-altitude design, also thanks to hands-on professional experience gained at the studio of Architect Dario Castellino.
Davide Maraffino
I graduated in 2017 from the Polytechnic University of Turin and immediately began my professional career, collaborating with several architecture firms in Turin. These experiences strengthened my passion for design.
Over time, I developed the need to pursue a more personal and conscious path, shaping an independent approach and a more defined design vision. This transition led to the founding of my current practice.
The studio operates in the field of residential architectural design, approaching each project as a synthesis of clear design concepts and the quality of lived space, in both private and public contexts.
Each intervention emerges from a careful dialogue with the site, the client, and the contemporary needs of living, seeking a balance between design rigor and flexibility.
